Returns and Refunds
Each book is packed by hand with care. If your book arrives damaged, I will make it right.
What is covered: books that arrive damaged (bent, torn, stained or otherwise harmed in transit) or with a printing defect.
How to report it:
Email me at contact.solweig@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the book and the packaging.
I will reply within [2 to 3] working days.
Your options: once I have confirmed the damage, I will either send you a replacement copy or refund you in full, including shipping. The choice is yours. I cover the cost of returning the damaged copy if I ask for it back.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within [5 to 10] working days.
Not covered: damage caused after delivery, such as wear, spills, or marks made by the buyer.

Retours et remboursements (français)
Chaque livre est emballé à la main avec soin. Si votre livre arrive abîmé, je ferai le nécessaire.
Ce qui est couvert : les livres qui arrivent endommagés (pliés, déchirés, tachés ou abîmés pendant le transport) ou présentant un défaut d'impression.

Indiquez votre numéro de commande et joignez des photos claires du livre et de l'emballage.
Je vous répondrai sous [2 à 3] jours ouvrés.
Vos options : une fois les dégâts constatés, je vous envoie un exemplaire de remplacement ou je vous rembourse intégralement, frais de port compris. C'est vous qui choisissez. Si je demande le retour de l'exemplaire abîmé, les frais de retour sont à ma charge.
Le remboursement est effectué sur votre moyen de paiement d'origine sous [5 à 10] jours ouvrés.
Non couvert : les dégâts survenus après la livraison, comme l'usure, les liquides renversés ou les marques
